Bucky, one of our 2018 FC AFC Blanco X Zephyr kids owned by Mhari and Gary Peschel, trained by Lynn Miller. They just brought him out last fall, looking forward to seeing what this talented guy will do this year.

In addition to being an AKC Breeder of Merit for our Sussex and Springers, which is based on many years of accomplishment and many champions and titled dogs produced over the years, we have also been give a rare EXCELLENT rating by GoodDog for both our beloved breeds for our excellent health screening practices. For over twenty years Hellfire dogs have been fully health screened and results have always been sent to the OFA public database.

I'm losing track of all the Hellfire puppy hunting pictures I've received this season already! This has been a tough hunting season for many and I'm so glad some of you have found the treasure trove. I remember every puppy I've ever whelped, and never get tired of seeing them, so don't stop sending them!
As predicted by the specialist, Spanky's cancer has returned, but she has outlasted all of the original dismal prognistications so we aren't quite ready to throw in the towel. It's heartbreaking to think she won't be around for season 10, but the pictures I get of her one and only litter (with Toby via frozen semen) mean the world to me.
