I had no idea some of my puppy owners were doing this fast growing sport, but I DO know how exhausted I am after raising a litter of these little cheetahs! Good grief, three of the Top 5 FastCat springers in the US are my puppies.
AKC FastCat is a running/lure coursing sport - the dogs chase a plastic lure (rabbit) about a course and their running speeds are clocked over a 100 yard dash. It's super fun. I've seen it at dog shows and have always wanted to try it, but the lines are so long we can never get in.

The newest rankings are out and THREE Hellfires are in the Top 5! The Top 5 get invites to the National event. A year ago I didn't even know what this sport was, but it's become crazy popular. FastCat is an AKC Sport - basically a 100 yard dash chasing a rabbit (plastic bag) lure.
