The weather continues to be shitty, windy, damp and cold. The dogs LOVE it but after ten+ cords  of wood and nine consecutive months of chopping it, the honeymoon is definitely over for ME. I'm also trying very hard to deny the looming reality that  soon it will be time to start restocking and stacking to get ready for fall and winter.

I did (finally) get in some gardening this weekend. The pansies are planted and  you can see in the video below that I'm trying something new with the tilling this year. If only they weeded as well.

The TV weather gypsies said "maybe some snow", so Mother Nature took on the challenge and delivered 10 inches.

Time to go

The time just flew by with these easy breezy puppies and the kids start trickling out the door today. First the boys, then the girls. Cate will be staying with me for the summer, then heading back east to live with Jim and Pepper (Hellfire's Painted Black MH - a Toby X Navy kid) who will co-own her with me. I know he will do a great job with her.
