Maverick finished the 2016 season as #1 Owner Handled Sussex for the second year in a row. It will be weird to let him sit out next year as he focuses on events like obedience, hunt tests and barn hunt, but I am excited to bring out his daughter and see what she can do. Showing a Sussex bitch is like pushing a boulder up a hill, but you know me...I love a challenge.
