Toby and I took the TDX tracking test in Wolf Creek today, and succumbed to the brutal 40 MPH wind. When it was all over, the score was Mother Nature 7, tracking dogs 0. No one passed. On an amusing note, we did find a piece of blue plastic that the wind had ripped off the start flag; unfortunately, it was also about 100 feet off course. Aww, well. We'll try again next year in a location not known for blowing things to bits.
Now, back to our previously scheduled program...
